The works for the area’s supply are in progress, where more than 11km of low and medium pressure network are under construction and expected to be completed in September. Therefore, the supply of the municipal buildings of the area will take place during this period, for which the Municipality will not be burdened with the Connection Fees.
Citizens’ interest is particularly high since connection applications have exceeded 750 and a significand number of households, commercial consumers, public and municipal buildings will be able to use natural gas by the end of 2019, enjoying thus, the multiple benefits deriving from its use.
It is a 5 - year large scale investment that reaches € 2,5 million, aiming by 2023, more than 50% of N. Anchialos’ citizens to use natural gas.
