The COMPANY carries out the activities of the Natural Gas Distribution Network Operator within the geographical areas of the Prefecture of Thessaloniki and the Region of Thessaly, as defined in the Licenses held until 2043, according to the provisions of the applicable legislation.

In particular, the above activities include the construction, maintenance, operation, management and general usage of the Natural Gas Distribution Network in the aforementioned geographical areas.

The Company operates with respect to the legal and regulatory framework, based on its Operational Unbundling, fully fulfilling its obligations. In addition, we would like to inform you that Company is committed to protecting the personal data shared by its subjects and fully complies with the General Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council,  the Law 4624/2019 and the other relevant legislative framework .
