2. PROCEDURES FOR CUSTOMERS TO ACCESS INFORMATION ON THE SERVICES PROVIDED
Customers may contact the Company in the following ways:
2.1 Telephone communication
The telephone contact numbers are the following:
11150 (local rate call charge from a landline phone; charge based on the telephone service provider’s pricelist for mobile phone)
The call center provides information from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00 and Saturday, 09:00 to 15:00.
2.2 Customer Service Offices
