MyPortal is the new web portal of the Company, that ensures continuous and smooth communication between Distribution Users and the Company, as well as efficient provision of services by the latter. Authorized Distribution Users will be able to use MyPortal to submit their requests to the Company and monitor the progress of these requests, thus ensuring the provision of proper services and information to natural gas End Users of natural gas.
To obtain a username and password to access MyPortal, you will have to contact the Network Access & ICT Systems Unit of the Company: nam.grac@ena-on.gr .
In case your Natural Gas meter is installed at an inaccessible place (e.g. balcony), you can record and report the reading of your consumption meter on your own.
